New Rules Are In Place
1. Please be respectful of one another. 
2. All contests must have Judges posted along with Prizes.
3. Begining and End Dates Clearly stated with times.
4. Rules must be posted at the opening of the contest, with clear instructions on what to do.
5. Atleast 1 or 2 members of the group who are NOT participating in a certain contest, will be volunteer judges, to help insure the quality of the voting system.
6. Any questions/concerns about a contest, judge, entry, another member or anything else should be addressed to me in a PM. I cannot help resolve a situation if I do not know about it. I promise all PM's will remain between each other.

These Rules must be in place due to recent events brought to my attention.
