Aaliyah was a beautiful woman who had a great singing voice. She created songs that promoted unity in woman and focused on the good things that make women great. She died on August 25, 2001 at 6:45 pm. It was a sad day for not only her family and friends and fans but also for r&b music. This group was not made to bring people down thinking about her death but to lift people up by helping them know what she contributed to us and exprees our thanks. :) Gone but not forgotten!
